Terms of Service

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of $500 on all rental orders.

Date or Venue Change

The client is responsible for upholding their date once reserved, and the deposit is paid. In the case the date of the event is altered, Blondies Boutique and Rentals will not be held responsible for the inability to perform the originally contracted service, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit

A deposit fee of 75% of the total amount is required to hold the requested rental items for the date of your event. The client must pay the remaining balance at least 14 days in advance of the event.

Cancellation

There shall be no refund of the deposit once paid. If the event is canceled within one month of the date, the client shall pay the contract balance due to the high probability that we will not be able to further rent those items for that date. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable.

Rental Insurance

At the time of checkout, you have the option to purchase insurance for your order. This insurance provides you with coverage in case of damages to your rented items. Make sure to consider this option to safeguard your rentals.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

The client will be held responsible for damaged, broken, or missing rental items. The client agrees not to leave rented items outside overnight in case of weather. If rental items are damaged, broken, or missing at the time of pick up, the client agrees to reimburse Blondies Boutique and Rentals for the total value fo each item, as determined by the Blondies Boutique and Rentals (unless insurance was purchased at the time of reservation). The credit card on file will be charged. There is a chance that the requested rental item may be damaged by another client before your event. If this happens, Blondies Boutique and Rentals will attempt to replace the damaged item with something similar. Blondies Boutique and Rentals will contact the client in this case with photos of the alternate item. The client may remove this item from their order and deduct the amount of that item from their remaining balance. If the balance has already been paid, Blondies Boutique and Rentals will refund the client for that item.

Delivery and Pick up

The client is responsible for receiving delivered rental items at the event venue and will provide a contact name and phone number for the person responsible for receiving rental items. Some venues may have a small window of time to pick up items. Blondies Boutique and Rentals will load as quickly as possible, but if unable to complete within the allotted time frame, Blondies Boutique and Rentals will not be held liable for additional fees charged by the clients venue. The client is responsible for ensuring all rented items are present when Blondies Boutique and Rentals arrive to pick them up. Please refer to this contract's "lost or damaged" paragraph if missing or lost. If any roads leading to the venue, including driveways, are steep or hard to navigate or comprised of unpaved, soft earth, the client must forewarn Blondies Boutique and Rentals in writing of conditions and directions as to where to park and unload safely. Additional fees may be applied. The client is responsible for any additional fees incurred by Blondies Boutique and Rentals in the case of getting stuck in rough terrain or being unable to get the vehicle to the drop-off area.

Injury/Garments and Liability

Blondies Boutique and Rentals cannot be held responsible for damage to garments while sitting on, moving, or handling rented pieces. Blondies Boutique and Rentals will not be held responsible for any injury of any type incurred by clients or other individuals when moving or handling rented items. The client will defend and hold Blondies Boutique and Rentals and its employees harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or suits, including attorneys fees, arising out of or resulting from the act of the client while using the rental items.
